The commission began following the client’s desires to design an office building with a commercial ground floor to serve the local community. We managed flexible open plan floors as the structure of the building itself was mainly embedded on the façade and interior core.  This allowed to gain flexibility of use and layout with 360 views on each floor.  Terraces were incorporated in every floor to allow a more fluid use of the interior/exterior spaces.
