The competition aims for an Intermodal Transit Centre as the epicentre and new emblem of civic icon of Gangnam and Seoul.

The design approach responds to the functional needs as a transportation hub integrating incoming and existing networks of public transportation needs for seamless pedestrian connections and public spaces. As well as integration of cultural and commercial programs to attract visitors in an environmentally friendly area with surrounding communities.
