HOW WE WILL LIVE TOGETHER?

Works exhibited on these walls present an answer to the biennale topic question: How we will live together. Our research focus is in answering the question using digital and critical narratives as tools to propose design and architecture.  We started studying the Poconos honeymoon resorts. Operating under the myth of love, those resorts were a matrix for (re) building the society in post-war America. The emphasis was not on creating sexy environments, but a space where domesticity could be rehearsed and negotiated.  We have created a domestic disobedience laboratory to generate speculative versions of living environments in the form of domestic functional objects, habitable shelters and honeymoon resorts for todays complex domestic demands.
